Rough seas

Still no sea swimming - the red flag is up. We went into town on the bus this morning and I sat and drank coffee and read D’s ( very good !) book while N went to church. 
Then after a wander we had a lovely lunch and came back to the hotel hoping to be allowed to swim but no joy :( I.m not sure why ….doesn’t seem too rough but I suspect maybe a strong undertow.
