Packed day :-)

Today was a logistical exercise but it was fab.

I went to Bible study prep at ETCC which was helpful and a good chance to catch up with Rachel. A quick visit into town and then headed to see PuddleDuck and the DiddyOne. I got the privilege of holding her for a brief nap so enjoyed staring down into the most beautiful of faces. What a joy.

Home to quickly finish a complicating pack and walked off to Southgate station to catch the train all the way to Heathrow.

Meeting up gradually with the other 7, we ate together, boarded a plane and headed to Geneva for a weekend, planned a long time ago, eagerly anticipated and all about SWIMMING. We arrived happy, caught a train and rolled out suitcases to our hotel, climbing into bed at midnight, tired and excited.
