Autumn colours and sadness

Both nature and people are slowly showing signs of winter coming soon.
Warm jackets are now necessary almost every day. 

I've been very sad and upset to read the news here in Iceland today.
A 10 year old girl was found murdered last night and her father has been arrested. Yet another horrible murder in our small country.
In 2024 seven people have been murdered in Iceland and three of them are children under the age of 18. Last year there were five people murdered. 

I have no words....it's absolutely heartbreaking.
