sitting...

in one of my favourite places in Thuir. In the shade of the trees outside the bar with a cool beer! 
I went for another run today but it was too hot, dry and windy for me to do too much. On the way back to town I tripped and jarred my knee, annoyingly whilst walking slowly . We had to stop off at the bar to aid my recovery on the way back.
