After stuffing my face with an enormous cheese risotto last night, plus some over exuberant air con in the room, I didn't have a great night's sleep. Noisy air con is one of my pet hates in hotel rooms (plus small coffee cups and a lack of hooks /towel rails in bathrooms), it's not necessary and noone can sleep well through it. 

After eventually dragging myself out of bed we went to see the Capilano Suspension Bridge this morning. I was a bit underwhelmed by the bridge but the rainforest park itself was fantastic with lots of interesting walkways and information.

We walked part way round Stanley Park after than before returning to the room for a rest. The place we wanted to go for dinner tonight is full, which is annoying, and the Plan B option doesn't open on Mondays so at the moment there's some furious Googling going on.
