Is this a Footpath?

I know from checking the OS maps for the area that a public footpath crosses this land.  To do so it needs to go over a brook, although there is no sign of any sort of bridge, as well as getting over at least three fence/hedge lines.  There are no signs of any stiles or gates, other than this one, which I am pretty sure was not for that purpose.

Anyway, I felt that I had right on my side to visit this area, where I saw plenty of local red deer, but the main reason to be there was for the photographic opportunity as the sun rose on another misty morning.

Afterwards it was starting to prepare the garden for autumn, moving some of the garden furniture and storing stuff we won't need until next year.
