Scottish Country Dancing

Our group were asked to do a demonstration of Scottish Country Dancing for the Stroke Club in EK today.  A happy group all in various stages of recovery from strokes and very happy to be brought along in the community bus.

We did five dances, and were well received by the audience.  We had tea and cake, and celebrated the 100th birthday of one of their members.

It was a warm day to dance as the top temperature has been 23C today, hotter than we have had all summer.

When we came home we sat out for a bit on the deck, and soaked up some rays.
