Canal People

We met up with our friends, Steve & Julia, at Wetherspoons, KIngs Norton, Birmingham (England, UK) to do a cycle ride from there along the canal through Birmingham City Centre towards Galton Tunnel on the Wolverhampton Spur. The whole ride was just over 22 miles.

The best of the ride was actually in Birmingham at The Wharf where we stopped for coffee at a canalside bistro bar. As we chatted the lady and the dog on a long canal boat passed us and with pedestrians on the path I grabbed a photo' - ideal for this week's W-I-D-E on WEdnesday Challenge theme of 'person or people'  The dog was certainly enjoying the trip!

After getting back to the start we enjoyed another cuppa sat outside in the sunshine. A lovely day.
