Time For Bed....

Tonight was a night for delivering cards. The though of getting back in a hot vehicle and driving round the neighbourhood was a bit much so I thought I would run instead. The idea sounded logical, but as I type it I think that it may appear slightly unhinged!

Bum bag on and cards in bum bag. With hindsight I should perhaps of put them in a bag....not sure how damp they were on delivery!

Tomorrow is my Auntie's Wedding Anniversary...first stop and a bit of a drink (saves carrying liquid). Next my friend Katie's 40th Birthday....slightly more damp card but still perfectly acceptable! Then home.

7.5km. Not bad, but probably enough in the heat.

No walk for the boys, just some scent mice and some water fun...clearly enough for them as they had to be woken up to go to bed.

"Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up, it knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're the lion or a gazelle-when the sun comes up, you'd better be running."
