Social Swim

Friday sees the weekly social swim down at the Dell, social in the sense that there a) is a lot of us (regularly over 20) and b) we go to the cafe at the Dam Visitor Centre afterwards for a coffee (or other refreshments). As ever, I  enjoyed both the swim and the chat afterwards this morning. 

T is out tonight and so I will coorie in with a glass of wine (or two) and continue watching New Amsterdam, which I  started watching last night (when T was out again !) and rather enjoyed it.
