Seriously? You’ve gone out without me? …

… Only to the bin!

We have a doggy visitor. (Satisfying on the Blip Front, and in fairness, on all other fronts too).
Having a dog in the house is very entertaining as well as being good for a bit of extra exercise. He’s as good as gold and, I swear, totally recognises that our routine is more sedate than the one he is used to. He was very patient with me when I tried to put on his harness (!). I have done it before but not recently. I resembled someone in a 1960s farce trying to put up a deckchair in a gale. It is a device created by demons from hell (or possibly children?). I’ve got it now!

Anyway. The wine forecast was loitering around ‘dog days’, which I took to be dark red (with a warm front).
