Do you have any idea how difficult it was to find a place in London this evening to run? There were people spilling out of pubs, laughing drinking and enjoying the fabulous summer's evening. The parks were full. The South Bank was a non-stop entertainment show. It seemed that life just had to be lived outside today.

I found a gap and my rhythm and stuck with my planned running before giving in to the twilight evening. Steve and I enjoyed dinner together and walked hand in hand back to Waterloo.
