kindling

I am not sure quite why people have set up these piles of branches and tree trunks, but in this dry weather it made me think of teepees, and kindling.

I did another long run in the park today with plenty of water and gels and electrolytes. I am very tired now, and realising just how slow I am. I am training for an event in early October so the next 2 months are very important in building up my endurance.

I believe that wine could be a good painkiller ...
