Bizarre

Today was the long overdue inquest into the manner of Mum's death.
I came away from the inquest baffled and with more questions than I had beforehand.
The Coroners decision; Mum died as a result of complications arising from her paraplegia caused in the road traffic accident of 1971".
His logic being;
If she hadn't had the accident, she wouldn't have become paraplegic.
If she wasn't paraplegic she wouldn't have been in a wheelchair.
If she wasn't in a wheelchair she wouldn't have had pressure sores.
If she hadn't had pressure sores she wouldn't have had septic shock.
If she hadn't had septic shock she wouldn't have died.

So it all happened forty-two years ago - Bizarre
