Last day of Summer
Tomorrow is the Autumn Equinox.
So I decided on a collage, as a record of some of the plants that are flowering in the garden at the moment.
I noticed the autumn crocus had just made an appearance. ( top left)
What’s left of the sweet pea and runner bean plants are now in the brown bin.
It has been a good year for the sweet peas but not so good for the beans.
The potatoes I planted in a bag, about two weeks ago, are growing well and needed earthing up. Fingers crossed for a Christmas crop.
After a dull start it has been a sunny afternoon. Quite warm but windy.
It was interesting to read what songs would be on your playlist.
Now I would like to know what song would get you onto the dance floor.
It’s our grandson’s wedding next Saturday and we all have to choose one.
I keep changing my mind.
PS. All CORNWALL lovers.
Songs of Praise tomorrow comes from the little church of St Winwaloe, by the beach at Church Cove, Gunwalloe.
