Celebrating "The Organic Day" in Sólbakki

After a lovely brunch in Aurora Restaurant, we drove to Sólbakki Garden Center where the farmers were celebrating their annual "Organic Day" for the third time. We bought some vegetables, marmalade and kleinur. They also have this little "honesty shop" which is open all day and night and you can pay with a bank deposit. Very nice :) 

We finished this excellent day with a long soak and drinks in Skógarböðin (Forest Lagoon) and a gourmet hamburger from Silli Kokkur's food truck for dinner.
