3rd cousins

After a bit of a wakeful night I woke to hear the bin lorry (delayed from Thursday) and it was 8.40!  Time to get up and get ready to head to deepest Perthshire for the Sutherland lunch with 3rd cousins (once removed!)  The traffic was slowed by multiple roadworks and the Broxden roundabout but I got there in time.

Much talk and a lovely lunch and meeting up with I who once lived in the flat below ours Photos were taken and a great time was had by all, all descendants of David Sutherland (1799 and 1867) and Effie Munro (1804 - 1864).  

Drove back via Scone and decided to feed Alfie and take some pics of #94 for I.  It was 7 before I got home.  the cones are out in the street.  From Monday we have bus diversions.  

Watched ep 4 of Only Murders and some Walter Presents.  Hope I can get in the garden tomorrow.
