Welcome sign of the times

What do you do with an old building which has historic value but is no longer needed for its original purpose?
Well, Dunblane solved the problem by a community by out of its former Borough council offices and  are  now in the process of turning them into 
Creative Dunblane, a creative community space with an emphasis on the digital from 3d printers to media studios and co-working spaces for daily rent.
 
It is still early days but a welcome sign that new life will begin again in this historic building which could so easily have been sold for redevelopment and turned into flats, a travesty for this iconic cathedral town.
