She was so happy! The Glam Van were parked outside and the girls all had face painting - of the more mature type clearly, as they are 8! ..hair chalk, stick on earrings and other such adult activities. Our daughter cannot imagine where this one came from, she is the total antithesis to her mum when it comes to activities. Pink, unicorns and beauty buses. They had fun though which was the main aim.
There was a large firework type candle and chocolate cake - home made and decorated by the girls. Very good it was too!
The party was over lunch time, so I went along after church.
Church too was good I am becoming more and more impressed by our curate and his common sense attitude. He preaches a good sermon too.
