After the morning animal husbandry was completed I rode to Bideford and took part in the ParkRun at a gentle pace followed by a warm beverage and orange polenta cake (with cream of course)
Back to base and A and I started to prepare some items for the end of summer party coming up soon, chairs and other items cleaned and prepared for use.
I dropped off some campers who were attending a wedding reception and carried on to do a shop for essential supplies.
A lovely evening with Dippy to experience the sun setting as the tide rushed in across the sand.
An evening spent with friends around the farmhouse kitchen table with some music and nibbles before a ginger beer at the Wayfarer Inn.
