(25 years - rowing for more than just pleasure - 25 years ago i got three friends to help get what has begun an annual rowing fundraiser going - we never dreamed - it became a benefit for Komen and their work to address women with breast cancer  - and men kids teens women of course ,all join in every September - i love it when some small effort grows like this and has its own "oars" so to speak)
