Snow hotel

Arrived in Kirkenes the end of our boat journey, sad to leave but more adventures to come.
A wander around the town which isn't very big and not much to see, before getting a taxi to the Snow hotel our accomodations for the night. A lovely setting on a lovely day, we wandered around the hotel seeing the reindeers and husky s. There was some husky puppies which you got to say hello to.
We decided as such a nice day to walk up the hill at the back of the hotel which gave fantastic views over the fjord and hills.
A meeting on how to sleep in the ice beds, all seems straightforward, though our room furthest from the toilet. A great tea which was interrupted by a announcement that the northern lights were out. A good showing was had, lots of excited people.
