She Has Escaped!!!!

The Charge Nurse worked like a Trojan today to make sure SWMBO was discharged. 
He hounded the speech therapy and occupational health departments to make sure that she was seen and kept us abreast of everything.
I am sure the occupational health nurse was working past her time to make sure she would get out.

By the time that was all done there had been a change of shift and things seemed to hit a brick wall......

We were fired into the 'quiet room' (another name for an airless oven) and sat there for over an hour waiting for a discharge letter.
I was getting ready to deck somebody and Bags was (despite trying to calm me down) ready to hold my coat while I did it.
It turns out the ruddy printer wasn't working!!!!!
So what is wrong with actually using a flaming pen? ..... I had one in my pocket I could have leant them!

Eventually they printed something out (in the 'wrong format' apparently) and hand wrote the medication on it.

By that time the hell that is the City Bypass at rush hour was in full flow and it took double the time to get home that it would have done if some junior doctor had actually used the brains they allegedly have.


The panda is in one of the enclosed 'gardens' that nobody can get to. I would have thought it better to have it with the bamboo (in the extra)
