Day 9 of our holiday

Today we went to the Maison de la Brenne, it was very interesting explaining all about the Monks who dug many many Etangs ‘Ponds’ and there are thousands of ponds, which is why it’s so full on wildlife. So Top Left and bottom right are from there. Then later we decided to walk around our ‘Pond’ where our campsite is situated all around it. No fencing or barriers, we are right alongside it, so we walked all around it in the evening. I also included a picture of the worst enemy ‘Crayfish’ they have taken over the Etangs Ponds and are eating all in their sight.
