The Law

I put the winter duvet on last night, a good move, v cosy.

Swam and later saw a #31 trundle along the road. It was another murky morning and I did some personal admin then fiddled with a family tree until it was time for lunch.

Then down to the Manor to pick up Mum and drive down to Leuchie. It's a long way from the A1 to the back of the Law. Had a tour and tea and biscuits but not sure it's for her.

A fast drive back via N Berwick and luckily the traffic wasn't that bad. Got back before 5.30 and then Mum realised the carer was due at 5.10. Luckily he was late. A luckily for me the terrible traffic queues had dissipated and I got home, via cat feeding, before 6.

Quick tea and change then out with L to 'A Chorus Line'. S had managed to get a ticket beside us, right in the middle of the stalls.

Wow, what a show, what an experience, 2 hours straight through, no interval. The finale is breathtaking, we all felt exhausted and we were just watching.

The bus came as we got to the stop so home before 10. I feel I should dance round the living room to 'One Singular Sensation', but I won't. I'll head to bed..
