Bus

A big surprise this morning - I had to scrape the ice of the car. But I was glad I did as I had a good thrash up and down the pool. Home to feed cats and do some personal stuff.  Though it was cold outside it was beautifully sunny and in the sun, warm.  I sat in the front room as though chillier it is lighter and it meant I could watch the #31s navigate the speed bumps and the parked cars.  And being slightly higher I could wave at the passengers.

Managed to mistime my journey to town and ended up in a bus that took ages picking up students and seemed to get every red light there was but i got to the Traverse in time for my pie and glass of wine.  The pie was an improvement on last year's offering.  the play was good but a bit like work being concerned with electricity debt!

Then a very energetic and funny session at drama.  There was a lot of laughter but luckily I didn't have to lie on the floor this week.  K joined me on the bus home and I fed cats, again.  Then it was off to choir.  We only had 9 sops and I was in the second row for the first time for ages and sitting beside a bass.

Watched the new David Mitchell drama and finished the olives.  And then lost my first attempt at this entry - and gave up.  Bed called.
