Bunny Coconut Pudding

They also had cakes in the shape of long-necked swans, and buns that looked like little pigs. But who can resist a bunny? It was a little weird to bite off its head, but very tasty nonetheless. Kinda like panna cotta. And of course I want a bunny mold now.

We had an outing—left our foggy coast and drove to nearby Cupertino (of Apple fame) for dim sum. The restaurant was quite comfortable, but when we got back to the car the thermometer read 98 degrees! Any ideas that we had of more activity were definitely cancelled and we just had a nice air-conditioned ride back home where it was in the 70s and we were able to do a couple hours of work in the garden. It’s nice when you can have an outing and  get some work done.
