Ruby Throated Hummingbird

I sat outside with MiniMe for a while in the morning and worked on the photo calendar for 2025 as best I could. It was difficult as MiniMe was in demanding mood and kept interrupting me, wanting my full attention.

After coming in to wash & change, I headed into town to get my hair done. It always amazes me, the amount of hair the ends up on the floor when I get my hair cut regularly every six weeks.

When I got home, a cookbook I had ordered had arrived and I spent the evening going through it and tagging the recipes I would really like to try.

What I really like about this cookbook is that the recipes are simple and so ones that I would use over & over regularly if I liked them. I’m not into labour intensive elaborate recipes that have me exhausted before the meals begun.
