Fields of barley

We are now in the land of bountiful whisky distilleries - Speyside - but I suspect that this field of barley (one of the main ingredients in the production of whisky) will be the nearest I will get to the amber liquid. River water is the most abundant liquid that I will encounter over the next three days while Nick strives to catch a salmon.
