My fitness instructor is holding a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan tomorrow. Unfortunately, I can’t go, so I baked an Apple & Cinnamon loaf cake and delivered it to The Studio this evening. (I actually baked two, cut one in half, taste-tested a slice and wrapped up the rest for the freezer.)
