Morning mist

Wasn’t sure if I was going to walk this morning as the forecast was dire but apart from a bit of mist it was a fine morning. Totally dark when I got up at 6.15 am but getting lighter by 7.00 when I set out.

The other thing we all noticed was it was quite mild. All layered up for colder and wet weather we had nearly all removed our outer wear by the time we’d walked up through the woods. Not only that but the sun was coming through the mist.

A very pleasant morning walk but it has to be said that it did rain later in the morning though it has brightened up again now.
No plans to go out today. Spent some time ironing the washing that I had out yesterday and then I’ve been working on my photo books, those in progress that were lost on my old computer. Finished the girls year book and got it sent off in time for the current offer so I’m pleased about that.
