Unsettled Weather

The weather has certainly been living up to its reputation around the autumn equinox. The torrential downpours and wind have been a little frustrating but I did manage an hour or so in the garden this afternoon. Everything was sodden but I managed to clear some of the beds of vegetables that are finished and prune back several plants. In the sunshine it was pleasantly warm. I’ve run out of ideas of what to do with apples and the freezer has very little space left in it. So I’ve been chopping up an apple a day and giving it to Merlin as they are one of his favourite foods.
