Autumn colours and puddles

Miserable weather on and off, but not all bad. Had a £5 voucher for Lidl, only valid locally in their Holdenhurst Rd store. So we walked there and replenished the fridge (spending more than a fiver!) .

The underpass at St Swithun's Roundabout glowed in Autumnal shades. The leaves floating in that huge puddle harmonised perfectly with the surroundings.

Returned by bus. Mr B dropped off the shopping, and joined me for a drink at the Miramar Hotel. Had heard it had been refurbished a while ago, so was curious to check it out. Was quite impressed. Traditional, but up-to-date, and smart.
