A flat white or a bike?

Was so cold today. A biting wind. I certainly hadn't dressed warm enough. Passed those dressed for winter. 2 wrapped up and wearing Russian fur-lined ear-flap hats. Yet others were in sleeveless vests, wearing next to nothing.

We both had routine dentist/hygiene appointments. Then to Southbourne, coffee at Velo Domestique (blipped) and TD Fruits (no radicchio), and Boscombe for bread and bits.

Abandoned going to the Nici for a drink as happy to return home. A friend was enjoying a spa-day with my monthly guest pass, and took her now 17yr (we treated her as a birthday gift). Luckily our home was warm (helped by the sun).

Tonight temperatures dropping to 7C ("feel like 6C). That'll be a shock to the system.
