Derelict. Lumix M4/3 20mm

I have been eyeing this unusual-looking building - an interesting combination of curves and planes - down on the parkway by the river for a while.  It's clear from its unkept state, that the developers are at it again behind the scenes. It used to house an electric utility company; and is probably not long for this world, making way for yet more luxury apartments which regular folk can't afford.
