Thursday: On Its Way

The packers broke it to us yesterday that they would have to come back today as they hadn’t brought enough packing material, particularly book boxes (Booky gazes innocently around).

I have to admit, I escaped the packing today so this is a photo K took as the lorry departed.  We’ll see it in a couple of months once it’s sailed on the high seas.

In other news, I went to the Department of Transport today to sign the paperwork regarding the sale of our car.  There was a bit of nifty footwork we had to do in advance to have some paperwork corrected.  Documentation stated our car was silver.  It is, in fact, marmaris teal.
