Pottering
It was raining when we woke but stopped not long after and now it's mid afternoon and we've sunshine and racing clouds.
The next village is cut off from the outside world and the A422 over the top to Milton Keynes is closed again, so I was lucky to get there and back yesterday. I was supposed to go to the optician's this morning but it was cancelled because she's stranded. Rescheduled for Monday p.m.
A few chores after a lazy breakfast and then I've been trying to get to grips with Lightroom and failing miserably. I just don't understand it, and have no patience whatsoever.
Two dunnocks were pottering around in the front border this morning and being harassed by a robin, although they didn't seem fazed.
I see we've lost the marvellous Dame Maggie Smith but 89 isn't a bad innings.
