FlowerFriday...Nigella

Yes, a nigella flowering in autumn, quite crazy....loads have reseeded. It's a good job I like them. Some online stuff has taken up time over the last couple of days, so all of a rush.  I did go to Bfriend this afternoon, didn't want to miss J's last session, but the new J is going to be a pretty good replacement.  I think she has our approval....Last night's tofu was disappointing.  I've since found out it only needs a quick sauté on a medium heat, whereas I cooked it on high, for about ten minutes. Rather rubbery to say the least! The tutor gave minimal instruction, and didn't advise me....Oh well. I shall read up on our next  vegetarian dish, before we cook!
