Detour

Another transit day but not exactly very far - at least from starting place to finished place, but with somewhat of a detour.  

None of the places we wanted to book could accommodate us for the whole period so we ended up with a mix of B&B in Mumbles until this morning, then a posy hotel in Swansea - literally walking distance away from Mumbles if we didn't have luggage.

En-route between the two we drove out towards Three Cliffs Bay and walked to the bay, up it to Pennard Castle (extra), and round in a vague (i.e. poorly mapped / signposted) circular route to a, now standard, ice cream lunch.

Drove on to the hotel in Swansea - a very nicely converted Harbour Offices - and a meal at an Italian on the harbour area.
