Angel of the North

Full day with family. First half with the local contingent then a trip up to Newcastle to see our niece and her boyfriend. Then out for dinner with our nephew. On the way in we called in at Mr Gormley's famous 20 metre tall sculpture which has been in place since 1998. Extra shows a slightly different angle as the sun came out from behind the clouds.
