Feeling His Way

Mike finishing off the roof for the North Wing porch - protection from sun in the summer, and rain (that we hope for) in the winter.

Walked into town for our free flu jabs at the pharmacy, but declined the Covid ones, which the pharmacist appeared to agree with.

Met Stephanie in there, and ended up going for a coffee with her at Claudia's because she really wanted to talk - facing an awful situation.

Then rushed back to watch the celebration of the life of an amazing woman, Val Inchley, who was a doctor in Nepal for many years, and many more setting up a Bible study system there, and then many more activities when she retired at 70, and came back to England. Her parents were friends of my grandparents. (Put a few photos on my status.)

Gratefuls:
- Mike getting the roof panels up and screwed down, so our table is free again
- beginning to get sorted for the coming visitors (pretty busy over the weekend, so not time then)
- walking out in the almost dark to hang out a mattress cover, and seeing Venus bright in the west, surrounded by orange clouds
