The bowling shield final

What a busy day!

9.00am Picked F up from leaving car at his MOT garage.
Into Oswestry for Bowling in the Park.

It was a bitterly cold morning for us but was the final of the annual competition for the shield. 
F and his bowling partner M won (photo of them).  Good news!

Got back to his house and the garage phoned him. Bad news! They condemned his car.  It is 24 years old and needed thousands of pounds spending on it so sadly it is the end for a very good old car.

After lunch went to the doctors for a blood test then called at a car showroom to look at stock but nothing suitable.  Second hand cars have really risen in price!

Took him to collect his car then met Cand the girls for food in town before going to I's school Bingo night with the family.

When I got home I was too tired to blip!
