We started the day by visiting the Visitor Information office where we picked up a National Parks pass for our upcoming trip. The staff were very helpful and also answered a few questions we had. Breakfast was next before we had a wander around Salamanca Market, climbed Kelly’s steps towards the Bartlett Park viewpoint and checked out the RV Investigator moored up in the Harbour. We then walked up to Hobart’s Cenotaph and from there onto the Botanic gardens. It seemed quite strange to see Spring flowers in September. ( see extras)
A quick trip on the Hop on, Hop off took us back to the City. A bit of shopping and tea and biscuits finished the day. Dinner was at Pearl and Co and my blip is of the part of the harbour with reflections as we left. Step count today is just over 25000 steps.
