Had a lovely walk in the estuary this morning in the opposite direction to Port Carlisle just for a change.  The tide was coming in fairly slowly.  Spotted a lone Heron and knew it would fly off when we started to get closer to it so had the camera ready.   When we got home my neighbours were in the driveway so got invited in for a cuppa and a chat which is always good.  The rain arrived not long after.
