Santa María de Moremuela

An exciting day seeing several places a bit off the beaten track but just what we like.
This was an amazing old Benedictine monastery where we spent a lot of time. We had earlier found an old (ruined) castle on top of a hill - beautiful and totally deserted. First visit of the day had been to a picturesque church - interesting graveyard but the building was awash with swifts flying so fast in their feeding frenzy; I put the camera in burst mode...
Maybe a quieter day tomorrow....
