Bright and beautiful

Hooray! For once the weather was much better than the forecast predicted and, here at least, the very heavy rain didn't materialise. Light rain for much of the time though, with a dry spell early afternoon, so I took advantage of it and walked into Holmfirth and back. Lots of birthdays coming up over the next few weeks, so I popped into Fair Trader for some cards before buying a couple of items for this evening's meal from the Co-op.

On the way back home, this plant caught my eye. No idea what it is, but it's very bright and cheerful on a dull day...
