Woodland Path

Sunny but very cold in the morning. The [pre lunch walk is around the park as it is in the sunshine and out of the cold wind. On the flowers I spot a ragged butterfly, Extra 1. A Red Admiral, battered by the year, is feeding on a Cosmos flower. 

After work, a walk through the woods to get Friday afternoon coffee and cake. Blip taken near a clearing. The leaves are turning yellow, and leaves are beginning to cover the path. After walking along the edge of a couple of fields we pass a field with a couple of Highland Coos. One of which is being groomed by a small flock of jackdaws, Extra 2. At a garden centre, we get coffee and cake, the buy a plant and some miniature narcissi bulbs for the garden.
