Big Hollow Bluegrass Band

Today is Homecoming at the university. It's not very promising for the football team as they have lost every game so far, but the spirit is high. There was a big parade today and Wyoming Public Radio, which is based in Laramie, had a reunion of this bluegrass band. My friend Kelli is the DJ for the show they were playing on. It's a show she took over from the guy 2nd from the left.. Tom. He had done the show for over 40 years called The Ranch Breakfast Show. Kelli's show still does bluegrass but it's called Buffalo Grass. Anyway, it was fun to be on live radio as part of the audience. I know everyone in the band and play Irish music with Brian who is the guitar player here. Kelli sat in with them for the last couple tunes when one of the players had to leave. That's in the extra. They played for about an hour.
The fiddle player, Jackson is in another band called Ten Cent Stranger and they are playing tonight at the Roughed up Duck. I've been waiting about 10 years (since I've been in Maine) to hear these guys so it will be a fun night. 
First, I'm meeting a friend downtown for a drink and some food. Tomorrow a hike then rest!!!!
