Some things aren’t how they appear.
The camera doesn’t lie, our perception of an image can.

One of those days.
I needed to take the camera for a working walk.
"Englischer Garten?" I suggested.
"No, that might be rammed with the detritus of Oktoberfest"
"Oh yeah, I forgot, you’re right … Schloß Schleißheim? That’s only 20 minutes away."
"Yep!"
So we, along with the #StinkyTravelRat, hopped into the handy car and drove for just over 2 hours to Abtenau in Austria … because halfway to Schloß Schleißheim we decided we could. And while we could, we would.

Spent a lovely few hours in reconnaissance of the town and surrounds, enough to wet the appetite for a longer visit out of tourist season.
