Today we've been out to Potton to join in with their “Apple Day”. The East of England Apples and Orchards Project in conjunction with Potton's own local community orchard put on a showcasing event where a live band played in a field, a local beekeeper was among the stands, as well as a cider-maker and the Potton Food Garden. Lots of really interesting projects going on in what is obviously a most unusual community. Some very useful networking for getting our own project off the ground.
